The former Atherton Hotel, a 150-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown State College, PA, was renovated in multiple phases. There were extensive renovations featuring a newly-designed lobby and public spaces as well as all new guest rooms. LSF completed contracts for work in the public/gathering spaces and exterior surfaces. Changes to public areas include refreshed meeting spaces and two separate lobby areas for work and mingling. The hotel also features a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary bike rentals and Poindexter Coffee, which is a café by day and wine bar by night. Graduate State College is pet friendly and also has parking on the first floor for 150 vehicles.
