The new Richland High School was a 36 acre project that was completed August 2007. The school received a new fieldhouse as well as a new football stadium. A large group instruction room seats 156 students and is located on the ground floor next to the teacher’s lounge. There are more than 39 classrooms, each devoted to different subjects, such as foreign language, art, social studies, math, English, and special education. The school also has an elevator, and a food court as well as a student dining area, a computer lab, and a large auditorium and stage. The first floor has more classrooms, and a competition and auxiliary gymnasium.
