The historic YMCA in Clearfield has long been a community cornerstone, and with the renovations and additions, members were excited to see their facility rejuvenated. The one-story project kept the historical building that members appreciated while adding new footings, walls, steel joists, EPDM roofing, aluminum windows, new doors, finishes, lockers, elevator, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and site work. Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. focused on general trades and site work for the project.
