The RISE is a 12-story building across from Penn State University’s main campus. It holds a mix of studio, 1 to 5 bedroom apartments for graduate housing, professional residences, and student housing. The building accommodates 575 beds. There is also a 9,000 square foot outdoor amenity deck featuring a hot tub, yard games, and a hammock lounge. Inside, there is a table game area, coffee bar, gym, lounge, and co-working office space for students. The RISE has distinctive, stylish finishes throughout the building and in their tenant areas. It was completed in summer 2018.
