The EDGE is one of the newest high-rises in downtown State College. This 110,000 square foot Mixed-Use facility offers 40 four-bedroom apartments for students and young professionals to lease or own. There is 10,000 square feet of Class A office space, 4,000 square feet of retail along the sidewalk, and a structured parking garage that holds 55 spaces.
There are two stairwells, one on either side of the building, a secure entrance and package lobby for residents, and the seventh floor offers co-working office space through a separate, secure entrance, as well as a spacious deck on the seventh floor.
The project is expected to receive a LEED Silver rating.
