This housing facility features 10 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and study. There is also a fireplace and vaulted ceiling with exposed steel beams in the commons area, a small chapel to the rear of the building featuring modern stained glass windows, a communal kitchen, and a dining room for 20. The building is on a hillside, so grading to a stormwater retaining pond was created.
