When LSF is engaged as a construction manager, we develop a collaborative working relationship with the delivery team on behalf of the Owner. This provides early insight to project costs and constructability considerations. Our experienced management team identifies ways to streamline the project by overlapping the conventionally distinct phases of design and construction. 

Depending on the Owner’s preferred contractual model, LSF provides either a GMP based on solely on prequalified subcontractor pricing or offer the option to self-perform portions of the work where it is beneficial to the project. The open-book nature of this delivery method provides financial transparency throughout all phases of the project.
