The three-phase Design-Build project for the main office and warehouse spanned eight years. The warehouse project included the addition of 79,250 square feet of warehouse as well as 33,950 square feet of loading dock/staging area. The warehouse is a metal Butler Building structure. The warehouse project also included 6,500 square feet of office addition, as well as the complete renovation of the existing 6,600 square foot office area. Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. has also renovated or built seven retail stores for Wolf Furniture in PA, MD, and VA. Stores are at least 46,000 square feet and some stores also received additions to the property.
