This retail center sits on a once unused hillside, meaning major earthwork had to take place to appropriately grade the property. Site utilities were installed, and lots were made available for a hotel, 3-story office building, restaurant, movie theater, and small shops with abundant parking encompassing each site. The road required major coordination with PennDOT as it was transformed from a 3-way intersection to a 4-way intersection with traffic lights.
