The Schlow Centre Region Library was completed in October 2005. This $4.8 Million project includes a community room, children’s library, and children’s activity room. The new library, located at 211 S. Allen Street in State College, also offers a community computer lab, as well as a kitchen, lobby and an easy book return area.
