The North Frear Building consists of four levels of classrooms, laboratories and offices and a fifth level dedicated to the mechanical systems of the building. The renovations consisted of removal of all existing interior finishes and systems. A new roofing system, partitions, finishes, elevator, doors and windows, and new laboratory casework and equipment were installed.
