KCF develops sensors and provides software and support to users in many various markets, especially vibration control clients. This office fit-out at the Metropolitan in downtown State College holds 150 workstations for their analysts and software teams. A VRF HVAC system was utilized for the office, the office design concept includes open ceilings, glass dividers, and open workstations.
There are also many communal workspaces – one 16-person conference room, three 10-person conference rooms, and two 4 person conference spaces. A large breakroom features 2 refrigerators, dining spaces, and a communal coffee, espresso, and latte machine.
