This local government building houses the road superintendent, road crew, mechanics, arborist, and foremen. The building is equipped with a car wash for large vehicles, has a fuel management system, and a fluid lubricant system. Crews have access to the parts room and a breakroom and kitchenette that doubles as a training conference room. The second floor has office space for management and a catwalk that oversees the garage. The building was designed to reach LEED Gold standards with a highly thermally-efficient structure utilizing insulated metal panels and a white roof. New asphalt was placed in the front and back of the building and a segmented retaining wall was placed in the back of the property.
