This strip mall features Trader Joe’s as the centerpiece of the property near one of State College’s busiest roads. Men’s Warehouse, Pier 1 Imports, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy and Gap also have storefronts here. Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. was the general contractor for earthwork, utilities and building construction, and did separate fit outs for Trader Joe’s, Ulta Beauty, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Pier 1 Imports. LSF also created outdoor spaces with handicap accessible sidewalks, parking spaces for more than 350 vehicles, and exterior lighting.
