The Fraser Centre, a mixed-use facility, features 60,000 square feet of retail space for Target, H&M, a 158-room Hyatt Place hotel, the Federal Taphouse restaurant and 26 residential condos. This 155-foot-tall building is the tallest building in State College with 12 floors. The hotel occupies the middle floors between the ground floor retail spaces and upper-level residential homes. The retail section opened first, and the hotel opened June 2017. The Federal Taphouse restaurant opened July 2017.
