The three floor structure includes a large break room, a reception/waiting area, a fitness room, four conference rooms, 16 private offices, and open office space for 52 cubicles. The building is made for about 170 occupants. There are two stairwells and an elevator. The first floor has stone veneer around the entrance with a metal canopy.
