Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. was responsible for the new chain link fence surrounding the building, and all additions were built on slab-on-grades. LSF renovated 1,200 square feet of existing locker room space to create a football locker room that holds 130 lockers. LSF also added 4,200 square feet of office fit-outs and two large conference classrooms, creating a newer, more modern look for the existing brick structure. An existing training space in the front of the building was renovated and a room for records was added next to it. Men’s and women’s bathrooms were also added to the facility.
