Urban Outfitters is located in the heart of downtown State College along East College Avenue in State College. Construction began in March 2011 and had zero lot clearance. Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. created a ‘vanilla box’ for the owner and stayed on for the Urban Outfitters fitout. This included the sales floors, fitting rooms, and employee areas. A corner stairwell and elevator were added to the property, and new entry stairs and sloped sidewalk were also added.
