This new medical office holds six exam rooms, a business office, ultrasound area, stress test room, employee lounge and doctor’s private office on first floor. The second floor has a second waiting room, an additional business office, file area, 3 large exam rooms, and a staff lounge. Exterior finishes include brick, limestone caps, EFIS and curved canopies. There are 2 entrances – one for cardiology exam rooms and offices and another for rehab. The site was developed from a corn field, so work included new utilities, storm water management controls, and a 51-vehicle parking lot.
