Before the project began, crews demolished a concrete pad on the site. Working with multiple contractors, Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. was responsible for all the foundation work, back porches and sidewalks for this student-housing complex. For the clubhouse, LSF did the foundation and basement fit-out. The first floor was a prefabricated unit and LSF set and finished the area. The clubhouse contains an elevator, data closet, offices and a workout area with changing rooms.
