Every year, Pennsylvania Business Central celebrates the top 100 businesses who are recognized for their excellence in business and being influential in their communities.

Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. was founded in 1954 by Leonard S. Fiore Sr. when he began work in the commercial construction field. The family-owned general contracting company he founded is now in its third generation. The company strives to build on the foundation that was laid by Leonard Sr., which was to not only build a strong business but also to build strong families, communities and relationships.

LSF provides a full range of General Contractor, Construction Management, Preconstruction, Design-Assist and Design-Build services to private sector clients and higher education, non- profit and government agencies.

In addition to these project management services, the company self-performs a wide range of work with their own tradesmen and operators that LSF calls their Self-Performance Teams. LSF employs more than 200 individuals annually. These skilled craftspeople are incredibly important and their talents and dedication allow LSF to take part in the impressive projects built throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.

LSF takes community involvement seriously and is a founding partner of Operation Our Town, a group that facilitates partnerships between community and businesses to fight drug abuse and crime through proven law enforcement, treatment, and prevention techniques. LSF also supports many youth sports teams and ArtsAltoona.
