Rivers Landing is a 12,000 SF building on an urban brownfield site that is a new gathering point for Clearfield. The new facility houses Dented Keg Brewing – Clearfield on the first floor, as well as office space for Lezzer Realty Group, Keller Williams Advantage Realty. The second floor holds Clearly Ahead Development Corporation’s new offices, addition office space, shared office space for small business startups, and event space. Site work, concrete footing and slabs, masonry foundations and stone veneer, steel structure, metal panels, EPDM roofing, composite siding, and finish work were performed for the structure. Sidewalks extend the Riverwalk by constructing a sidewalk behind the former Uni-Mart building to Lower Witmer Park.
