This new potable water treatment facility is designed to service all of PSU’s University Park campus.

As the general contractor, we completed earthwork to build two large concrete tanks below ground, a 31,150 square foot metal building, backwash equalizer tank, concrete foundations with some slab on grade work and piping throughout the yard. The piping was then fed to the building where another prime contractor set up a nanofiltration system. Also in the building are administrative offices, a laboratory, and areas to contain
automated systems. To complement the facility are two biodetention bases for storm water, complete with extensive grading, paving and fencing.
