The Legacy is an eight-story, 75 unit student apartment building located at the corner of East Beaver Avenue and Hetzel Street.
The building is 165,580 SF and consists of a three-level parking garage (two levels below grade, one level above grade), six floors of student apartments (suite style) that contain 300 beds total, a laundromat, fitness center, and a corner retail space. The project began with the demolition of an existing two-story office building.
