The Laguna Splash Water Park and front entrance expansion for DelGrosso’s Amusement Park is the largest project in the park’s 68-year history. A wave pool and lazy river are the showcase items, and also features three new food venues. The lazy river is 2.4 feet deep and is 1,178 linear feet long. The wave pool gently slopes to 6-feet deep. Together, the lazy river and wave pool hold just under 640,000 gallons of water, making them a unique summer attraction for central Pennsylvania. Italian-themed fixtures will be stationed around the park, giving visitors interactive tipping buckets and vases to beat the heat. The new entrance for the park will also hold ticket booths, the park office, bathrooms and changing rooms, a gift shop and a customer service office.
