The Centre Court and Campus Tower were two projects worked on simultaneously by Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. who served as General Contractor on this 118,313 square foot project. This five-floor student-housing facility was completed in July 2006 and offers 280 rooms with 74 three to four bedroom apartments. The facility also accommodates 136 spaces of structured parking for residents and guests. The ground floor of Centre Court is home to Starbucks Coffee and Underground Burgers and Crepes.
