PA Business Central – Top 100 People 2015

For more than 20 years, the Pennsylvania Business Central has entered the new year by celebrating the top 100 people in its expanding readership that have accomplished both personal and financial success with an honest sense of direction imbued in them by mentors, personal experiences, failures and successes.

Michael A. Fiore

Upon graduating from Bishop Guilfoyle High School, Michael attended Pennsylvania State University, majoring in the field of mechanical engineering. He joined Leonard S. Fiore Inc. full time in 1982. In 1985, he became vice president and assumed the responsibility of overseeing the company’s risk, safety, business, financial and office management teams, a role he still maintains today. He assumed executive responsibilities in the office in 1990 and became executive vice president in 2003. Currently, he is Leonard S. Fiore Inc.’s chief financial officer and is responsible for business development activities and office management.

He is a founding member of Fiore Brothers Inc., which was incorporated in 1996, and Fiore Brothers Management, founded in 2008. Fiore Brothers Inc. owns and leases equipment and heavy machinery to Leonard S. Fiore Inc. and other companies throughout Central Pennsylvania

Michael represents the Fiore family businesses as their liaison and ambassador for community-held functions and events. He enjoys volunteering and supporting numerous community organizations and his church. Michael resides in Hollidaysburg and is married to Barbara. Their three children are Nicholas, Leonard III, Maurio and wife, Lauren, with new daughter, Marlow.

Fiore’s first job was with his father’s company Leonard S. Fiore. He is proud to carry on his family’s traditions of quality, professionalism and excellence.
