Richard Fiore Jr., Executive Vice President / Secretary
As Executive Vice President / Secretary, Richard monitors financial performance and manages process improvement for the company. He provides responsive, executive level support in the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, and business development.
Richard Jr. graduated from Penn State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology and an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Richard Fiore Jr. has been with Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. full time since 1998, when he started as a project manager.
Richard Jr. is devoted to the Blair County Chamber of Commerce and is the Board of Directors Chairman, a current board member for the President’s Forum, Transportation Committee, Public Policy Committee (past chairman from 2013-16). He is also the Chairman of the Redevelopment Authority for the City of Altoona and a coach for his children’s Blue Knob Ski Team. He has also been the President for the Board of Directors of the ARC of Blair County, a member of the Technology Committee for Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, and a member of the Home Rule Transition Committee, and Government Study Commission Vice Chairman for the City of Altoona.
