Richard Fiore Jr., Vice President of Special Projects
Richard Fiore Jr. has been with Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. full time since 1998, when he started as a project manager. As Vice President of Special Projects, Richard Jr. focuses on large projects, ranging from developing plans with clients, providing preconstruction services, and overseeing large teams to a successful project completion.
In 2004, he became a Vice President, and developed our construction program for Walmart. He also has overseen the company’s information technology department, process management, marketing, and business development initiatives.
Richard Jr. graduated from Penn State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology and an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Richard Jr. is devoted to the Blair County Chamber of Commerce and is a current board member for the President’s Forum, Transportation Committee, Public Policy Committee (past chairman from 2013-16), and the Board of Directors. He is also the Chairman of the Redevelopment Authority for the City of Altoona and a member of the Technology Committee for Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School. He had been the President for the Board of Directors of the ARC of Blair County, and a member of the Home Rule Transition Committee and Government Study Commission Vice Chairman for the City of Altoona.
