With 80,000 SF demolished (a half-block segment that paralleled 25th Street, starting at Eighth Avenue), this mixed-use project breathes life into the former ‘Silk Mill’.

Space includes office areas on the first through fourth floors, a restaurant, a café, and 11 residential units on the fourth floor. Office spaces can range from 2,000 SF to 8,600 SF. The building’s façade was renovated and preserved with windows now re-arched as they had been in the past and the smokestack was restored. Materials salvaged from the demolished wing were kept to authentically restore the structure.

The project won the 2019 First Frontier Urban Transformation Award from the Altoona Blair County Development (ABCD) Corporation.

Space is available for fitout and lease. More information can be found on LoopNet.
