Project Manager Skills/Experience
1. 4 yr degree in construction management, engineering, or construction related field.
2. Demonstrate related work experience in construction, engineering, or architectural field.
3. Excellent computer skills. Areas of emphasis include document tracking, scheduling, and Microsoft software. AutoCAD and BIM experience is a plus.

Duties
1. Submit, track, and maintain project documentation.
2. Assist in establishing, generating, and tracking project costs.
3. Assist in project scheduled maintenance.
4. Assist as required in monitoring and tracking project site activities.
5. Attend and participate in project meetings.
