Skills/Experience
* 5 years experience required in comm. construction as a project manager superintendent
* Proficient in cpm scheduling including use of Primavera or Suretrak, preferred
* Familiar with BIM process, preferred
* Familiar with Project Management Tracking software such as Expedition or Timberline
* Familiar with construction contracts, required
* Demonstrate competent knowledge of the commercial construction process, required
Duties
* Coordinate subcontractors
* Coordinate project documentation such as submittals, RFI’s, project drawings, and orders
* Attend and conduct project and contractor coordination meetings
* Monitor project costs including subcontractor and preparation of owner billings
* Track labor and material costs for self performed work
* Manage and analyze project schedules
* Monitor project progress and quality
