Project Delivery

Design/Build is a project delivery system in which the design and construction portions of the project are contracted for with a single entity-the Design/Build contractor. This process is used to minimize risk for the owner, reduce the delivery schedule and maintain a project’s budget, prior to and during construction. Some of the benefits we provide as a Design/Build contractor include:

• On-the-job experience utilized to blend the owner’s concepts and budget with the materials and processes that will be most effective for a particular project; • Detailed cost analysis created from preliminary documents early in the design process and updated throughout to ensure the project budget; • Efficient and accurate evaluation of alternative materials and construction methods to meet the client’s project goals; • Single point of responsibility for quality, cost and schedule adherence.
